Storage Solution Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Presales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing pre-sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute storage GTM strategies aligned with overall sales objectives and business goals.
- Provide support to the sales team by creating solution proposals, technical presentations, testing preparation, and building close relationship with technical customers.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and tailor the storage solution to address those specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical customers (admins, leader of storage team), understanding their evolving needs and showing the value of our solutions.
- Assist in the creation of proposals and quotes to meet customer specifications and ensure profitability.
- Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including solution design and configuration.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and provide insights to the sales and product teams.
- Establish a feedback loop between the pre-sales team and R&D department to continually improve product competitiveness.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or architect role within the information technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific solutions principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent and proactive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as the ability to identify and communicate customer needs and requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in both German and English (French is nice to have), related certifications in IT would be a plus.
