Job Title: Partner Sales Director
Location: Zurich- Dübendorf
We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Director to lead the team to manage and serve our partner customers. This position is required to support Country Enterprise Business Managing Director in building Huawei's local brand, improving the channel system, recruiting local mainstream partners, and strengthening partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and develop a pioneering and high-performance channel team, establish and cultivate professional partner sales team, and coordinate with internal and external resources to support the team to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit and develop the local mainstream Enterprise Channel Partners
- Promote Huawei’s Enterprise products and value proposition to grow partner share
- Develop partner business and marketing plans with regular management reviews
- Work with partners to embed Huawei Enterprise portfolio in vertical market solutions
- Serve as trusted advisor to demonstrate preference for the Huawei product portfolio
- Be the main contact to provide high quality support to all aspects of the partners’ business
- Work closely with high touch sales team to ensure full understanding of partner capability and solutions
Professional Knowledge
- 10+ years’ experience in local industry and channel management
- Experienced in Business Development
- Proven strong sales experience within ICT environment
- Extensive and active network within the Channel Market (C-Level)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
Business Skills
- Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
- Fluent in German and English, French would be an asset
