Smart PV Solution Manager

Main Responsibilities:
The Solution Manager is responsible for a Smart PV product category. He/she analyzes the market requirements and provides an optimized solution. He/she is responsible for the go-to-market of new products including communication plan, localized documents, training to the partners and the key customers. He leads the ambitious build-up of market share in his/her product category by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.
Good understanding of the market requirements based on standards and customer insights
- Communication with the global product line to integrate the local requirements
- Go-to-market of 2 to 4 new products per year in the relevant Smart PV product category, including comprehensive go-to-market plan
- Localized data sheets and documents to provide all important technical information to the partners and the customers
- Training for the internal team, the distribution partners and key customers
- Support biddings for large opportunities, prepare bill of material and quotation, maintain project documentation
Connect to universities, industry partners and associations, contribute to standards and guidelines
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in a technical sales position in renewable energy industry
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer at similar technical education
- Good knowledge of power electronics such as inverters and energy storage systems
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, German and French
