Junior Supply Chain Manager

Bern, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand the account's requirements and coordinate with accounts during the supply (planning, configuration, B2B)
• Support in design accounts supply strategies and implement these strategies to achieve optimal lead times, efficiency, cost targets, and account satisfaction metrics
• Be part of bidding and contract negotiations
• Proactively manage supply and demand risks. Design supply solutions and implement these solutions
• Design supply sub-plans (goods dispatch, goods arrival, customs clearance, delivery, supply resources preparation, etc.) and implement these sub-plans
• Identify changes in planning and configuration and adjust supply solutions accordingly.
• Ensure the achievement of the targets for project supply, inventory efficiency, and consistency of inventory accounts and goods (CIAG)

Requirements:

• Recently graduated (2023, 2024) with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Planning, Business, Economics etc.
• First work experience or internships in the supply chain field is beneficial
• Understanding of Switzerland’s ICT industry
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• High flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high-paced organization
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland
• Fluency in English is a must; German or French is an advantage
