For this role, you will be joining our research center in Zurich, Switzerland, where we have started from scratch around 6 years ago and have already grown to more than 160 employees. Therein, you become part of the Computing Systems Lab, a leading hub for research and development in advanced computing systems, with a strong focus on chip architecture, computing cluster, system & interconnect, memory subsystem, artificial intelligence, and framework & software technologies. With a team of over 70 researchers, including 50+ PhD graduates, the lab operates at the cutting edge of computational innovation and plays a key role in shaping the future of technology.

What you will do

• Build the Engine Behind the Scenes: Craft powerful tools that automate and streamline critical business processes—think seamless data collection from internal systems, smart dashboards that visualize what matters, and interactive web apps that make data entry a breeze.
• Turn Data into Decisions: Develop solutions that gather, analyze, and present data from across the organization, empowering teams to make faster, smarter choices.
• Experiment with AI: Explore how AI and automation can take our processes to the next level—with the support of our in-house experts who are ready to guide you.
• Collaborate with Innovators: Work side by side with a diverse, international team of business and tech professionals, learning from the best while making your mark.

What we are looking for

• Tech-Savvy Trailblazer: You are studying (or are about to graduate in) Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Coding Enthusiast: You have hands-on experience with programming (mostly Python, basic understanding of web-related technologies like JavaScript, and databases/SQL) and enjoy building web apps or working with APIs.
• Data Explorer: You are excited by data visualization and dashboarding tools (like Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or custom solutions).
