We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Onboarding & Offboarding Management) to be based in Zurich, Switzerland, to manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees at Huawei Zurich Research Institute.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee Onboarding Management, including internal processes, purchase order (PO) management, contract management, etc.
- Responsible for employee Offboarding Management, including internal processes, operational guidelines, etc.
- Responsible for handling inquiries and providing answers related to Onboarding & Offboarding matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Science and Engineering background, or a related field.
- 2+ years of working experience in a large company.
- Proficiency in office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
- Proactive and adaptable, with strong stress resistance, and a long-term interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
