Job Description:

We are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist in Zurich to manage the recruitment of overseas Chinese students, establish and maintain communication with the Swiss School Federation, and support headquarters and hiring managers in acquiring top talents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment of oversea Chinese students from A to Z and finalize their placement in China.
• Organize large-scale campus job fairs, focusing on top universities in Switzerland.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with the Chinese Federation of Students in Switzerland.
• Responsible for various campus recruitment-related activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, background in Human Resources, Science and Engineering or in similar fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a large company, particularly in organizing large-scale events.
• Proficient in office software, including PowerPoint and Excel etc.
• Proactive and flexible, with strong resilience under pressure and a long-term interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Fluent Chinese and English is a must have. Not fluent Chinese speaker will not be considered for this position.
