As an Admin Manager you will be working closely with different business units and Quality & Operation team, leading Admin team to provide Admin solution for Huawei Zurich Research Center in Zurich and Lausanne, Switzerland. You will report to COO.
-Responsible for the administrative business management of the Huawei Zurich and Lausanne Research Center, organize and integrate relevant resources to provide high-quality administrative services (including office space, supplies, safety, health, communication, celebration, assets management, etc.)
-Policy implementation and assuring compliance to Huawei’s administrative policies, processes and standards, as well as Swiss law
-Responsible for administrative department related expenses management, reasonable budget and control cost.
-Administrative Purchasing performance: responsible for the administrative procurement of the research centers to ensure the compliance of the procurement process.
WHAT WE EXPECT
-Fluent in English & French & Chinese (listening, talking, reading, writing in Chinese are required)

-Excellent information and data processing capability
-Ability to juggle simultaneous tasks efficiently and work thoroughly
-Be familiar with the basic methodology of Admin
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
