- I will fully comply with the terms of all confidentiality agreements I signed with my former employers, my former project teams, or any other third parties; I shall not breach any confidentiality obligations; I shall not infringe upon the intellectual property or confidential information of my former employers, former project teams, or any other third parties.
- Before beginning work at Huawei, I shall end my working relationship with my previous employer. There are no legal impediments or agreement restrictions to my working at Huawei.
- All personal information entered in the forms (including my application form, resume, certificates, and any other documents I submit during the recruitment process) is true and correct. I agree that the information provided may be checked by Huawei in case of a justified suspicion of a violation. If the information provided should prove falsetto be incorrect, Huawei reserves the right to take legal actions, including termination or rescission of labor contract by Huawei.
- I will comply with Huawei's processes for new employee training and probation periods. If I am unable to meet the company's standards during the probation period, in compliance with relevant law, Huawei may terminate the employment relationship, subject to applicable law.
- To the extent applicable for the position applied, I understand the requirements of a mandatory health check or a physical examination. If my results do not meet the requirements, I agree that I will not be eligible for employment.
- By signing this commitment, I understand the following:
- Huawei may process my personal information, including all information which I provide to Huawei in the course of this recruitment process, for its internal operations and external compliance functions (HR, administrative, information security, etc.) as described in Huawei Recruitment Privacy Statement;
- For the purposes above, Huawei may disclose my personal information to its employees, partners, consultants, and other parties (including Huawei affiliates). Huawei may also need to disclose my personal information to government or regulatory authorities (e.g. tax authorities) for legal compliance, or as part of law enforcement or other valid legal processes undertaken by government agencies;
- As a multinational company, Huawei operates in many different countries. This kind of global operation demands that information is under specific conditions globally available, and may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. I therefore understand that my personal information may be transferred to other countries or regions.
