I am fully aware that Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. and its Affiliates (hereinafter referred to as Huawei) respect third parties' intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests. While protecting its own intellectual property rights and trade secrets, Huawei rejects, does not solicit, and does not accept any disclosure of intellectual property or trade secrets belonging to the former employers or former project teams of anyone applying for a position at Huawei, or belonging to any other third parties. This applies to all communication and interviews, and before and after hiring. In this regard, I voluntarily promise that:

1. I shall comply with the terms of all confidentiality agreements I signed with my former employers, my former project teams, or any other third parties; I shall not breach any confidentiality obligations; I shall not infringe upon the intellectual property or confidential information of my former employers, former project teams, or any other third parties.

2. I will not disclose any intellectual property or confidential information belonging to my former employers, project teams, or any other third parties to Huawei or Huawei employees in any way. This applies to all communication and interviews, and before and after hiring.

In the event that I breach the terms of this Commitment, I accept that Huawei has the right to cancel my employment qualification, and withdraw any employment offer issued to me.
