Senior Supply Chain Manager
Job Location: Bern, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the account requirements and strategic coordination during end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, configuration, B2B).
Design and implement account-specific supply strategies to optimize lead times, efficiency, cost targets, and account satisfaction metrics.
Participate in bidding processes and negotiations with professional supply chain knowledge.
Proactively identify and mitigate supply/demand risks; develop and execute advanced supply solutions.
Oversee the design and execution of supply sub-plans (dispatch, customs clearance, delivery, resource allocation, etc.).
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing planning/config changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Ensure targets for project supply, inventory efficiency, and CIAG (Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods) are exceeded.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
5+ years of proven experience in senior supply chain roles, preferably within the ICT industry.
Deep expertise in Switzerland’s ICT market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English (mandatory); Chinese, German or French (highly advantageous).
