Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and win customers (installers, EPCs) in your region
- Promote Huawei Smart PV solutions, support customer in training, configuration, commissioning and service; ensure customer satisfaction
- Win key customers/ projects of large size with strong customer relationship and comprehensive technical solution
- Promote Huawei’s new solutions and products to large installers and develop (pilot) projects, support in pre- and post-sales
- Understand market trends and customer requirements
- Be responsible for market share development in your region
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales of technical solutions
- Effectively build relationships with customers
- Ability to manage multiple customer & project at the same time
- Ability to support customer remotely and on-site
- Good knowledge of power electronics in photovoltaic solutions like inverters, energy storage systems, management systems, etc.
- Education in electrical engineer, information technologies, or environmental studies; practical experience in PV is an asset
- Familiar with photovoltaic market and customers in Switzerland
- Strong communication skills in Swiss-German, German and English; French is an asset
- Willing to travel 40-60% within the region
